“XENON” CNG Regulators
RAM CNG Regulators use membrane/lever/spring systems and two pressure reduction stages with servo-circuit, to achieve a stable and precise regulation of outlet pressure.
The servo-circuit allows to maintain a constant pressure at the outlet, with different gas pressure in tank and with different engine loads and rpm.
The heat necessary to CNG expansion, is given by the water/gas heat exchanger. The two chambers of the heat exchanger are divided by an aluminium wall only, without any gasket, to avoid any leakage of water into gas and viceversa.
All regulators are available with ECE R110.00 and ISO 15500 homologations.
RAM Regulators proposes a wide range of CNG pressure reducers, for any request and application. Two regulators families (STD and HP) have been developed for different power ranges.

Xenon 00C
The Xenon 00C is a very compact regulator with high pressure stability. An automatic lock off valve has to be installed upstream the regulator, to guarantee gas cutting to the injectors.
Xenon 01C
The Xenon 01C has a solenoid valve in Low pressure side, which avoids to have overpressure in the gas line upstream the injectors, when switching from gas to gasoline.
Xenon 02C
The Xenon 02C is equipped with a brass body at reducer inlet, to install a manometer wit axial or radial nipple. The solenoid valve is applied in Low pressure side (2nd stage).
Xenon 03C
The Xenon 03C is equipped with a brass body at reducer inlet, where it is installed a solenoid valve and evenyually a manometer with axial or radial nipple.
